Stems with stinging hairs; leaves ovate, pointed, almost twice as long as wide, serrate above the base, the petiole more or less the same length; cymes in axillary bunches; achenes almost directly attached, obliquely ovoid, with short style. Species endemic to the summits of Los Mogotes de Viñales.
