Zuelania guidonia (Sw.) Britt. & Millsp.

Tree 6-20 m; leaves elliptic, oblong or oblong-lanceolate, apiculate, serrate or entire, puberulous; base more or less unequal, obtuse, rounded to almost heart-shaped, 6-11 (5-20) cm; flowers terminal, in small branches, coming out before leaves; calyx white, 6-7 mm; fruit growing alongside the branch, almost globose, 3-5 cm diameter.

Common name: güagüasí.
